  Mike, This behavior sounds very similar to how CFXHosting, the former Hosting.com, treated us in their shared environment back in 2006. It's amazing that they haven't changed a bit.   Doug: I took a look at Hostek and they seem wonderful except for one problem and that is they apparently don't provide any software support, only hardware.
