@George, Skip the fruit, on at least 6 days out of 7, that goes for fruit cup too. Also you need much more protein in your diet, this is essential. Thirdly it would be more conductive to fat loss to choose something with smaller GI as your source of carbs, ie. ditch the bread, have some peas or b... read more »

Hey Ben, Unfortunately our choice of profession means getting on a first name basis with your massage therapist(Or any other profession that has you seated for up to 10h in front of PC screen). Too bad there are no ART practitioners in Serbia, but a combination of competent "classic" masseuse and a ... read more »

Box Squats are really not a good exercise to replace Bulgarian SS, Because BSS is a unilateral exercise and Box squat is bilateral. Two very different animals. If you want to make a balance less of an issue then you should do the split squats like those in get ready. BSS is a misleading name it shou... read more »

Box squats are an excellent tool when used properly, I would also suggest spending about 30sec in deep squat with a broomstick held overhead(after dynamic warm-up), that will do two thing for you 1) It will help stretch tight muscles and 2) it will be in itself a good workout for your postural muscl... read more »

@ColdFusionWi I think you're dead on man. Plus, they say once you master the OH squat the technique in regular squat gets perfect by itself. There are even well known trainers out there who get you started on OH squats even before they teach you, back squat. http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mod... read more »

Very good, there were some near perfect reps, and there were some dodgy ones, but you're getting there your body position is good. Work on your depth and do not let the bar move forward or backward, you want up and down.... read more »

That's a bummer man, just don't over-stress your legs now. If you keep lifting for lower body exercises and incorporate more cardio intervals. You might fu*k-up your knees also. How bad is the shoulder can you move it through entire ROM without weights? Have you tried some easy swimming?... read more »

the chin-ups are definitely hard! I am having trouble making any real progress on them. I found a weight that I can eek out 3-6 reps and have not really progressed too much past that I know exactly what you are talking about, brutally hard. But, look at it this way: you are gaining wight right? So... read more »

Well that's OK too. Only think about incorporating some grip work then, maybe hangs from fat pull-up bar, some farmer walks too. I know wrist strength is (in theory) the least trainable and mostly gene-determined, but I for one had great results from above mentioned exercises + grip master. Oh and k... read more »

Dude, don't stress so much about the speed especially on Mondays when you are lifting heavy. The purpose of lifting swiftly is activating maximum amount of muscle fiber and you are already lifting heavy shit, and the speed that Chad is talking about is not necessarily actual speed of the weights mor... read more »

I believe that we can afford to give more of these gifts to the world around us because it costs us nothing to be decent and kind and understanding. And, I want you to know that when you land on this site, you are accepted for who you are, no matter how you identify, what truths you live, or whatever kind of goofy shit makes you feel alive! Rock on with your bad self!
