    Ben, steroids are most certainly NOT "like breast implants or liposuction" - well, half of that, anyway.     Ben, toast masters is a group dedicated to public speaking. http://www.toastmasters.org/ I've never been a member, but I have met people who are, and they get pretty excited about it.
