@Ben, makes those button moves have more intent. Yeah diet a big deal. The eating at night not a problem - recent studies show no effect on weight gain - though impact on breakfast is huge. When we are asleep our body does the most growing, so breaking the fast with a nice high protein and vitam... read more »

Awesome goals. can't wait to see the Ben in Tights video ;). PTs are expensive but what I found when I was training was a good PT will get you setup with some good regimes then you just go on your own and every couple of weeks meet with the PT to evaluate, update and move forward. Since you know a ... read more »

Using ColdFusion With Pusher - A Notification Service Powered By HTML5 WebSockets
Posted on Jun 28, 2010 at 10:38 AM
Interesting, will have to look into this. Yeah the crypto seems excessive, but for an app I am working on that will have a push component, that security actually will be useful. I think too the notification service seems it might be meant to be small and compatible with iOS (based on what has been ... read more »

My Sleep Experiment And Schedule Shift
Posted on Jun 9, 2010 at 9:39 AM
yeah often you need some sort of white noise. I served in the Marines so learned to sleep standing ;) The key is to develop that 20 min-30min max nap. The reason is after 30 min you could go into deeper sleep and waking will be more like if you had slept normally so takes longer for brain to spin u... read more »

My Sleep Experiment And Schedule Shift
