    Regarding Twitter Bootstrap, have you used angular-ui bootstrap? I.e. did you ever include jquery? jquery seems very redundant with angularjs. using angular-ui bootstrap (no jquery, just bootstrap css) most stuff work except for the 'hamburger' navi button when resized (for smaller screens)... read more »
