    WhosOnCFC would be pretty easy to modify to check for situations like that although it require writing a handler to check how many sessions are coming from a given IP address. Maybe not the best solution, but it may help. http://whosoncfc.riaforge.org/... read more »

    The bot list WhosOnCFC uses (thank you Joshua) is fairly comprehensive, but no where near complete. I have found that a lot of spiders/bots don't always play nice and mask their user-agent. I know one site in Beijing, China that will generally jump my user count up to around 200 slurping down page... read more »
