Lenny And Bo, ColdFusion Programmers (Vol. 1)

I had heard that ColdFusion comics were created for a ColdFusion publication, but might not be getting used. As an eager ColdFusion contributor, I thought that I might step in an give it a shot (at creating comics). I have never created comics before, so I had a lot of fun with these. Unfortunately, they are seemingly not going to make the cut either. Whether it's that they are not funny or just not appropriate, I take no offense - as I said, I have never made comics before. But, I figured I would release them here since I had a bunch written and ready to go.

Hey Lenny, what's wrong?

I just found out my wife's been sleeping with my neighbor!

Bummer! But, hey, look at the bright side.

What's that?

At least you don't have to program in ASP.

I just stumbled across these. I haven't even gotten around to reading them all. You said something about them not making the cut. Could be a thing about being PC, and not wanting to offend anyone. That happens often. Also, as I was looking at them and reading them, I was thinking maybe too many words, not enough pictures? I thought I had a specific conversation about someone one time about that very thing...about how comics weren't supposed to have a lot of words, mainly pictures, and a lot of "implied" stuff. I could be totally wrong here, but just thought I'd mention it. I'm not saying anything about how I personally view them, because I am by no means an expert in comics, and I enjoy them. Just thought I would throw those things out there. :-)

I believe in love. I believe in compassion. I believe in human rights. I believe that we can afford to give more of these gifts to the world around us because it costs us nothing to be decent and kind and understanding. And, I want you to know that when you land on this site, you are accepted for who you are, no matter how you identify, what truths you live, or whatever kind of goofy shit makes you feel alive! Rock on with your bad self!
