InVision - Front-End JavaScript Developer Positions

By
Published in , Comments (3)

InVision is a user experience (UX) prototyping tool and collaboration platform that's working to change the way that the web thinks about software design.

In the few short months since our launch we've seen over 15K sign-ups, copious amounts of great press, and an almost non-stop flow of positive buzz. Now we're ready to take our product to the next level.

We're looking for front-end JavaScript developers who have experience building thick-client, responsive, performant JavaScript applications. We have BIG plans for the InVision platform roadmap; so being able to create modular, extensible code is going to be critical. As we add features, we'll need to keep code complexity under control, all the while maintaining performance and user experience.

If the thought of writing JavaScript is distractingly awesome, fill out our application immediately!

Also, if you know someone like this, refer them to us - if they end up getting hired, we'll give you a free Macbook Air.

And also some more serious ones, as I wasn't able to find the info on the website: Where are you located, or is remoting an option? How about a full job, culture, and infrastructure description, and list of benefits?

@JGarrido,

Ha ha :) Good question re: location. Our managing office is located in New York City. **However** the job position is a remote / telecommuting position.

As far as perks, we have healthcare, continuing education kinds of things (conferences, etc.), I think equipment, and possible equity.

I believe in love. I believe in compassion. I believe in human rights. I believe that we can afford to give more of these gifts to the world around us because it costs us nothing to be decent and kind and understanding. And, I want you to know that when you land on this site, you are accepted for who you are, no matter how you identify, what truths you live, or whatever kind of goofy shit makes you feel alive! Rock on with your bad self!
